I wasn't in the Scouts for more than a month myself, despite having an Eagle Scout father, and Life and Eagle Scout brothers. Perhaps it was because I preferred the company of ladies in my wilderness activities. Heaven fucking forbid anyone else have to go through the hell I experienced in doing so.

I also understand and agree as a fellow boy eagle scout. But I totally get the changes. Both organizations should have done something about incorporating aspects of the other scouts. Girls should learn some of the same things we did in the boy scouts.

problem is there are plenty of boys who don't want to do any of that shit but get forced into it because it's "boy stuff," and plenty of girls who are verboten for the same reason

As a bonus if you know how to mend your clothes, its a small step away from knowing how to suture a wound in an emergency, right?

Too many old people on the fb community page for my town upset over the Boy Scout thing saying "It's called BOY scouts for a reason!"

I have responded to several asking them if they are upset women are allowed into the YMCA. NO RESPONSES THUS FAR.

Women on average don't know how to clean or cook for shit from my personal experience. Only female in my family that knows how to cook is my grandma and that was cuz she's from Guadalajara. This ain't the 50's anymore bruh. Women are disgusting and worthless and it makes me wish I was gay except then i'm sure it would force me to focus on just how shit men on average are too. Messy little shits the lot of you.
