Something I have a legitimate concern is the thought that by having these big youtuber/streamer act horribly is that it may draw the attention of some government entity. Like imagine if something like the FCC started regulating the internet more and pointing to these instances as a reason to hammer down on our relative freedom on the internet. What pewdipie did was nothing special compared to the kind of language i hear in my local community of rednecks in my region, but when it gets broadcast nationally to a very young audience I worry that the possible government regulatory actions creeps up ever closer to our precious internet.

What if we had something self regulatory more like the ERSB? Video games were taking a lot of fire before it started getting going good.

There probably should be some sort of rating system on streaming services that are or allow for-profit videos. However, those still getting uppity over content getting pulled hopefully aren't playing the first amendment card and thinking it applies to commercial use.

On Wednesday, Judge Matsumoto ruled that Shkreli's post on 4 September - made shortly before Mrs Clinton began a book tour - showed he posed a danger, rejecting arguments his words were protected by US free speech laws.

Shkreli - who has clashed frequently with critics on social media - had argued that the since-deleted post amounted to satire, and had been a reference to DNA sequencing.
