I expect some "mental health issues" bullshit excuses. From what I read, the dude lost, then went to his car to get his gun, and came back to shoot the place up. Dude went to the tournament with a fully loaded firearm with a laser sight mounted on...this was totally pre-meditated. He probably didnt know what was going to go down and when, but he had an idea of what he was going to do if he lost.
