Suspect use an assault rifle and was wearing a ballistic vest. He began shooting before he entered the church. A local resident shot at the suspect when the suspect exited the church causing him to flee the scene.

You know this would have happened regardless of the color/ideology the shooter was/had. We most fast fella, was politiced when it was still going over the police scanner.
