If they know about it but are potentially still letting him compete, I would have to assume it's not to the degree that Edge had.
And I mean if worse comes to worse and he's forced to retire, you can live comfortably if treated properly. While he may have been cancer to smarks at times (Lord knows we've all been there) he's had a hell of a career.
So after months of building up Jinder Mahal from comedy jobber to legit champ so WWE could do good numbers on the India tour, and several weeks promoting Jinder vs HHH as this huge attraction to sell tickets,

Rich Swann arrested on charges of battery and kidnapping/false imprisonment. Welp.
What the actual fuck?
A lot of times the kidnapping/false imprisonment thing ends up being a domestic issue, ie couple is arguing and one person tries to leave the house and the other person physically restrains them. So like, not actual kidnapping but close enough for the legal definition.
Regardless, in accordance with WWE's domestic abuse policy, Swann has been suspended indefinitely until this plays out in the legal system. If convicted, he will be terminated.
His wife is Su Yung btw, for anyone that follows indie wrestling.
Here’s an article explaining what he did. Tl;dr version is she jumped out of his car and he got out and put her in a headlock and dragged her back into the car.

So Yoko Bito's retirement match was last night. In Joshi fashion, she wrestled 17 1-minute matches.

If you aren't familiar with Yoko Bito, she is really good in the ring
Jericho beat the shit out of Omega after the WTL, rocking a new shirt too.
Also, TIL that Asuka did motion capture for Virtua Fighter 5. I wonder for who.
Vanessa maybe? Only one that would make sense given all the other females are a bunch of flippy shit.
Minoru Suzuki was the mo cap guy for King in Tekken for years.
Oops. Wish I hadn't clicked on this before watching WTL finals. I'm fairly surprised Jericho made any appearance pre-WK, but it's a good move. Lethal making a debut at WK10 didn't help. Cody last year had the video at least, but still didn't fully click.
I'm not even totally shocked by LIJ winning, but I guess it means that they'll have to have them lose the 6-man titles on a Road to Tokyo Dome show so that Fale & GoD can possibly defend them in a Gauntlet match at the Dome, while Bushi will be the best dressed man in the rumble.
Apparently the NEVER match is looking like Hair vs. Title. Goto's hair, not Suzuki's hair, thankfully.

These graphics are a bit much.
Calm it down WWE.
