And you don't need to literally see or hear something happen to infer that it did, that's why anime writing is usually trash tier because they don't think the viewers can make even small logical leaps.

Because Buu spent quite a bit of time warping around the universe destroying literally any planet with a high energy signature, and we've already been told the DBZ "universes" have a pitifully small handful of habitatible planets (a few dozen each?).

Pikkon is a non canon character. His entire arc was written by Toei Animation (filler arc) to allow Toriyama to get further ahead in the manga.

Now that Toriyama is leading all the key plot points in Super, he's not gonna use Toei's filler character from 20 years ago

P.much this. Zen-chan will probably combine some of the Universes rather then outright erasing them, and then periodically hold a "best of" tourney for his/their own amusement.

I'd say that was probably only true of Universe 11, potentially if 6 wins they would wish back 7 but ultimately I'd imagine universe 7 is fucked unless they or 11 win.

I just can't see Goku and crew winning. I mean, it's basically 70 vs 9(let's be honest, Freezer isn't part of the team and I can even see him getting erased for doing some dick thing), Goku is the true villain in the eyes of everyone. I can see them being the third to last team out but not second or first. We've also seen how easy Zen oh is to convince on changing his mind with Toppo at the primliminaries.

More than anything I want someone other than Goku to shine at the tourney of power. Just getting bored of him.
