Find one that was redone and looks nice decent price... and yeah do an inspection and they forgot to disclose the heat pump is from the 70s and hasn't worked in years and they definitely knew about it. So now gunna fight over that

If it's just the pump it should only be a couple thousand for a new one with installation. Not to say it isn't worth fighting over, but it's not as terrible as it could be.

Well it seems the crux of the problem is since it's the original heating/cooling system from the 70s a new one wont be compatible and not sure the likelihood of finding like new old one lol. So it's going to be a tad higher and probably why people who were fixing things up to sell didn't bother and tried to hide it.

If they'll let you, you can ask for a heating/cooling contractor to look at it and give you an estimate. At least then you'll know exactly what you're dealing with. If you're talking about replacing the entire heating system, that's much more work and could mean tearing out drywall.

Finally got my raise at my primary job but the fail is nothing I was promised become to fruition. So it wasn’t much at all and honestly my level of fucks has hit an all time low. I’m starting my job search seriously again while trying to balance two jobs and an insanely busy social schedule now.
Though a better M-F job would help all aspects right now.

We have some relatives around there that have some experience with that stuff and say around 8-10k so they going to sternly ask for that much off the price or to provide an actual usable house

Basically I was just saying that my days are fairly busy between working two jobs and balancing personal relationships/interests but I’m well aware what my priorities are. I’m not hurting persay just not happy with the job situation as my primary job promised me things that never happened so after trying to push for resolution it’s become necessary to seek out new options.

My friend who recently passed had his Celebration of Life event yesterday back in CT. Now, the elementary school friends were obviously awesome. They helped his aunts create the event and just in general were supportive and enjoying talking about the good memories.


Today I am dealing with all these HS friends prying into a particular old wound my friend had, and I am all just "ok, I don't know. That sucks." etc. etc. because I wasn't there and in the end IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER.


Wound basically is a love triangle between Friend (A) Girl (B) and their two love interest guy (C).

C came all the way from NY to the event in CT, and there were some memory shit involved the fact A was madly in love with C (fucking 20 years ago). Of course people pointed it out to C and all want to gossip about C being there.

Now I am getting messages from B (who is married to someone else now with two kids) who is all asking me FB questions like "Why did A have C's picture in his wallet?!"

And I am not allowing myself to get involved but it's just fucking annoying. A is dead. Can't you guys fucking move on? You all were 18 at the time. But you know why that pic was in his wallet. You don't need to come asking me.

And what hurts is that clearly A hadn't moved on from it either. I think he wouldn't have wanted C to be there.

I am definitely not telling C that, though. He doesn't need even more burden from the past. But they really need to let go. And anyone who is not A B or C needs to stop being such gossipy hens and don't need to know all the gritty details to begin with.
