The structure of the logic makes much more sense if you scale the problem to the 1 million doors example. (999,998 doors opened. What are the odds you picked the right door first, so yeah, the other door is most likely the win.)
But at three doors, while the math still favors switching, it's understandable to not, because the difference in odds between two is far closer than the million doors version.
At 1/3, you reasonably could have made the right choice the first time, whereas at 1/1,000,000 it's unreasonable.

Well part of it is because it's so counterintuitive because taking each situation separately each door does have equal odds. I mean even some pretty smart people came out against it at first

    Maybe not a coincidence

Overall, colonization [of Staphylococcus aureus] is similar in male healthcare workers with and without facial hair; however, certain bacterial species were more prevalent in workers without facial hair.

Got our first DUI from a party from the house of Freeman. Feels bad man.

I put him in touch w/ a good attorney and it's his first arrest, so we'll hope for the best from there

Drunk; and nah was driving his car.

Me? I drunk bike all the time, even got pulled over once doing it (For my rear bike light dying), but i'm such a functional drinker that he didn't even realize. I downed a 750ml of fireball in about 3hrs on my GTA5 drunk stream 2 nights ago and when the stream ended, biked to mcdonalds for mah bacon egg and cheese biscuits

I don't get as mad at people for drunk biking because for the most part it only puts your dumbass self at risk.

My first bike was a cbr600.

Definitely don't buy new lol, probably the stupidest thing you can do. Used biked are typically in fantastic shape being summer/nice weather ridden only with low miles. Most they need are new tires. All bikes end up on the ground sooner or later, usually it's just some plastic that needs to be replaced. Wear pants, never shorts, the right shoes, invest in a good helmet, get a real jacket, and don't ever have a single drink ever. You're still probably going to get hit or end up in someone's driver door but at least you'll be better prepared.

Do you still ride now? I just got on the interstate for the first time Thursday, was p stoked about that.

I always want to know how an inclined sport bike feels to ride compared to my cbf but I don't know anyone with a sportsbike

Also literally the first time I went on a public road I crashed it into a ditch lel because i apparently didn't know how to turn yet. And I dropped it about 2 weeks ago too dodging dog piss dripping off the garage door. This bike still barely cost more than the tires for my car tho so I don't feel bad

Yes I do just a lot less. People are fucking stupid, it's rarely the rider that causes the accident or is at fault. People just don't see bikes or ignore them. They pull out at intersections and you're either going into their drivers door, oncoming traffic , or trees. You can be the safest smartest rider and still get fucked. Had a friend get rear ended at a stop light, was barely tapped. In a car it woulda been fine, his back has been fucked up ever since.

I have a gsxr 750 now and love it. Perfect mix of around town, stop and go beach front riding and parkway/interstate power. The smaller bike sucked long distance the zx1000 sucked around town. Very happy with the gsxr.

Only time my bike ever touched the ground from my own doing was actually doing the NJ motorcycle driving test on it for my license. That cbr physically could not do it, had to wait 6 months and use a fucking scooter lol. My gsxr was knocked over by a guy with road rage. Got out of his car walked over and pushed it over, it cracked the frame somehow and state farm totaled it. I still ride it, they gave me the money for it and the bike is the best I've ever had so wasn't worth getting rid of to me.

I thought the 600 was a bit much for me. The 500r is a great top beginner one imho (I had been eying a Ninja 300 and Yamaha R3). Oh, I'm definitely buying used, specially since I'm a n00b. What's y'all opinion when it comes to gear? Most of the stuff I plan to buy is middle of the road type of deal. For example this is the stuff on my list: $400ish helm, jacket is around $300, $150 for gloves, etc.

Look for Snell approved on helmet. When getting helmets. Some companies have different shapes for different helmet models. Like an Shoei RF1200 might more comfortable on someone with a rounder head than a Shoei GT. So I HIGHLY recommend trying on helmets until you find something mostly comfortable, and then wear that one around the motorcycle shop for like 15+ minutes. Otherwise you might find that "It's a little snug" turns into headache inducing on an hour long ride. Also recommend helmets with visors that you can swap clear/tinted. And those prices are about around what I've paid for my stuff.

I like the built in drop down interior sun visor and that's specifically why I bought this helmet but its really loud

I need to get a neck warmer soon anyways I hope that helps with wind noise

I got my jacket for 100 dollhairs from the guy selling me the bike, gloves maybe 75 on sale, helmet 200ish. I did drop like $300 on some dank dainese boots because I am worried about snapping my feet off. I only wear them when I'm doing longer trips now.. commuting I just wear my sneakers because I'd look retarded walking to class in them

I don't have any pants yet so hopefully that's my next purchase

Don't drop any less than $300 on a helmet and even that is pushing it. It's everything, it's your life. And it looks awesome. I have a scorpion with interior visor as mentioned earlier and it's great since I no longer need a helmet that I can force sunglasses into. Vents. Vents everywhere. Also, never ever put that shit on the ground. Don't drop it. Dont let it bang into or strike anything, don't set it on a table too hard. They get 1 drop, that's it, then it's garbage. Don't waste that drop.

The rest of the gear is up to you. I don't wear special boots like I did when I did motocross, but I've seen people with them that love them. Also, pretty much every motorcycle fatality I've worked or severe trauma has lost their shoes. So maybe some actual protection isn't a bad idea. Literally the first thing you look for when pulling up to a mva with a motorcycle is the dudes sneakers. Jacket costs more the more vents and more of a skeleton it has. Chest and back are most important but as long as you have long sleeves and at least something you'll get by. Road rash sucks.

As for gloves I just wear baseball or any light weight mechanic or leathers. Only thing I wear them for is rain really and road rash.
