Producers say season 2 scripts are already done, and eps could air 12-18 months after strikes end. Renewal seems all but inevitable.

And FYI anime ep 1076 aired yesterday, the conclusion of Luffy v. Kaido. As you might expect, they budgeted some remarkable visuals, and did a great job with the Kaido flashback material. Still didn't get any Rocks footage, but am def looking forward to the resolution chapters ahead before Egghead.

This is the only way I can watch the anime now. Just gotta wait for the fights to come out, then binge them. It sucks cause I'll miss out on the humorous bits they add to the anime cause there are some top-tier memorable gags. Good shit on the animation quality for the final part of this arc though.

That's what I've been doing since they left after reuniting on Sabaody. I mean, give the animation studio some credit for trying to make the Wano arc more snazzy and fancy with their animation style choices and whatnot, but holy hell is this series awful to watch post-timeskip for the most part. Read this shit religiously every new chapter, and then just check out the anime for the big moments that caught my eye in the manga
