Fun to see the further narrative parallels between Roger/Raleigh/Gaban vs. Luffy/Zoro/Sanji. Roger looks more Ace-like than ever here; I felt earlier mustacheless depictions with the straw hat made him look much Luffy-er.

When we reverse out of these layered flashbacks, shit in the present is going to get fucking wild.
