I don't know how Tilith would ever become obsolete, she has essentially infinite MP and can restore any amount of HP.

Only real issues with Tillith:

-She can't cast Reraise
-She can't dual cast her abilities, so you're locked into healing or reviving, can't do both
-Terrible LB
-Extremely squishy. Like stupidly so in comparison to 5* healers.

She does get that nifty break resist AoE tho. She is technically obsolete compared to Ayaka and CG Fina but she isn't bad or unusable.

Her resist break AoE definitely comes in handy for me since I use E. Emperor so often. Being able to use Control with no penalty to my own party is big.

I'd honestly take VoE & Ayaka over Tillith with any other tank though if I really needed the break resist. I still prefer Wilhelm to VoE in general but VoE is a bit underrated and Ayaka smokes Tillith as a healer in pretty much every way.

VoE is definitely underrated. break resist alone is huge; it's not important most of the time (that I've seen) but when you want it you really want it. and not very many units can do it.

Also worth pointing out that they mention limited units won't be pullable with the celebration tickets, meaning there's a limited units banner in that period. Guessing a Lara Croft collab coming due to the movie's release

My WoL is up with 100% Evasion if anyone needs him for the Araena fight. Also, the 10+1 today gave me Araena which is new lol Been having decent luck lately.
