Can I just vent about how absolutely stupid reddit people can be? A bunch of them were encouraging people to try to crash the server using multiple accounts so we can get more compensation.

May be worth sending a ticket to customer service telling them you didn't receive it. I'm sure it's a simple check to see if you're mistaken or if in fact you didn't get it. I can't say for sure, but I'd imagine they'd make that right since their official response was there was no adverse effect, except missing 5k lapis is pretty much the very definition there.

I managed to do 1 SL and tried to do enchanted but it ate the nrg and then server hiccuped.

Reddit is great as long as the game is running fine and Gumi is extremely giving. The second there's an extra undesirable unit, rewards are changed, servers vomit, etc, shit just explodes and people lose their god damn minds. I don't even get it anymore. Maybe it's just a generation type of thing. I remember dealing with days on end of maintenance and such for older MMOs. Now? Shits down for 10 minutes and people demand unrealistic compensation and rally for it. It's mind boggling.

I get that, but there's definitely a pretty big difference between GIMME STUFFS NOW for down servers, and asking for your lapis to be reviewed to see if you're missing something that seemingly 99% of everyone else got.

Go to log in and of course, another maint pops up, at this rate I can kiss that 10+1 ticket goodbye even though I missed no days prior to the hacking (I know I still got an extra day of buffer but maint keeps cock blocking me from entering and if they keep doing this today and tomorrow then i'm screwed).

Yeah, I tend to reserve rage for downtime if a paid sub is involved. Even then, something like an 8-12 hour random outage can be tolerated since sometimes shit does happen. In the end, I think how much stuff is time related is the major contributor to outrage. Energy/orb refreshes, lost TM farming, dailies/logins, free pulls, etc. are locked to time, which does us no favors when those do get inaccessible. :/

I'm actually going to check if my android version got the 5k because i was running s macro on my PC when all this shit went down and since I was logged into my android it may be where it went. I'll have to wait til o get home.

I agree that reddit is quite crazy at times but there's a pretty big difference between old school MMOs and games like this. In those older games you lose time, sure, but time is not an in-game currency that you can easily check. For 20ish hours of downtime in BE you lose Raid orbs, Arena Orbs, stamina, possibly logins, people lost their last shots at weekly arena and expedition stuff. The game is tracking multiple resources and ,despite not being a big deal for many of us, this can have an effect on others.
