Just came back from Wal-Mart picking up supplies, they were completely out of water. Coca-Cola was delivering pallets of Dasani 24 packs and they were selling out almost immediately. Being limited to 2 24 pack purchases per person. They had security out there enforcing lines and stuff. Crazy.

Yes. People here remember Hurricane Hermine last year. It was barely a category 1, in fact it was a tropical storm by the time it hit us. But our city is not structured to handle storms like this. We have the highest amount of trees per population density of any city in America. Power was out for days, for weeks for some people. And that was just a TS. A Cat 5 might wipe this city off the map.
