No, usually if I have to S/L it's at the beginning because of a screwup on my end (miscasting wrong spell, ability, etc), but rarely happens on Flame since his damage output isn't really high enough that I can sometimes squeaze by over half a run without heals. Sealion though, can be a huge dick before mitigation is up. Are you playing on the lowest speed settings? For flame, I don't have any water+ gear, except for the magicites.

Yeah, I play on slowest setting. No water+ gear here either. I can honestly handle Sealion just fine at this point without having to SL unless he does 3+ strong AoE in a row and I don't have an Asylum queued up in there. I have had more than a few runs where Bartz will double up on his twinstrike with a chase while LF is in his human form and then I take 3 counters to the face, but overall I might agree that the need for healing is less. I probably need to focus less on twinstrike for damage once he's past 50% and try and keep damage limited more to Bartz's USB

Finally got a winning team down for Treasure Race Omega..... only for the library wifi to be permanently out and I have no way of accessing Wifi till Fri after the event leaves........ god dammit...

Edit: Bitching works as usual, minute I posted this, the wifi briefly let me into the game for one more round with Treasure Race Omega.

Edit2: Now to try MP Omega, hopefully Treasure Race Setup will work even with the changed moves, if not, welp, its just 4* motes so not end of the world.

Edit3: Managed to win by using Hit and Run to build everyone's gauges, still was risky since I didn't have enough DD to push him into P3 because of the two healers, going to do the other 2 attempts with full DD and Hit and Run to get those sweet DEX and Wisdom motes.

You could honestly go 5 DD if you're doing hit and run. Phase shifts screw with omega's AI to the point it won't end up doing any direct damage to you (if you're quick enough).

Yep, went that route and the only danger was counter Rocket Punches (esp when they focused fired a char) and even that can be solved with S/L.

Well Bartz is about to get his 5th BSB in Japan (he got his 4th during the 3rd anniversary stuff) so he's able to cover all 4 elements from his USB. GL chasing all this stuff Buttz lovers

Also unrelated but so sad bartz LMR reoccurs in next FFV event with tons of old relics and only Bartz BSB5, Lenna LMR, and Krile USB as new, while Banner 1 is stacked hard with new earth/ice USBs and BSBs.

Dena is more then likely aware Meia banner is too old to introduce, so its a skip, esp since she reappears with Thief next FF1 event.

Also no superfest or bra bra translations, however some relics got translated, I.e. Edward USB, Mog USB, Mog LMR, Kefka BSB2.

Edit: FF1-15 getting a "dungeon renewal" banner too, so either getting a ton of LD or tons of sorta useless full price banners. Scrolling through relic banners gonna be a bitch when these drop.

Tactics as well, these are likely linked to the recent update to story dungeons JP got. Not really sure why Type-0 and XV are included but whatever lol although they aren't labeled as "lucky draws" so maybe they're full price? Or something special like the recent countdown banners JP got with the anniversary (one draw, 3 relics with 1 5* guaranteed, 5 mythril cost).

That's what I'm hoping too, ain't nobody got time for full price realm SSB+ draws, except maybe XI and XV.

I'm quite sure they won't be full priced, that would be insane. Heck even LDs at 25 mythril each would be insane, worse that the second run of Nightmare banners

So I'm consistently being able to clear Liquid Flame now. It's always pretty close to the time limit and I always get 1 medal removed for Actions Taken but oh well. Thanks for your help! Now I just need to clear water and wind, but given my relic selection for those it probably won't happen soon unless I can force dark on them...

I have no earthly idea how you have a Type-0 renewal draw when the realms only had one banner.

Half price kinda screws the people who pulled on the original event, full price screws everyone. They have to be the 1 draw, 3 relics 5* guaranteed stuff. Thats really the only way those make sense.

Not sure I understand DeNa's thought process though in translating Bard banners for an event thats about a year old.

And I like the "Upcoming Updates" post in the Game Updates section. I have no issues with DeNa treating us separate from JP if they just put some effort into it. This is a good start.

Edit: It's up. And the Dungeon Renewal pulls are full price. Legend Materia, SSB, or higher. Traaaaaaash.
