Meal Delivery services

Bump. Wife and I are thinking of subscribing to one of these services. How do they do with gluten free options? From a quick look it doesn't seem like you can specify on Blue Apron's website and we'd have to do at home substitutions. It's not a big deal to do, it would just be nice to know what we're getting into.

I think blue apron has one meal a week that's gluten free, other then that you just gonna cross your fingers and hope one of the other dishes are gf by the end of the recipe list.

Just got my first box of Terra’s Kitchen and I got to say I’m super impressed with the packaging. Just put my first meal together and tossed it in the oven. Super simple, super easy, took me maybe 5~10 minutes altogether.

To be fair, I do have steaks and other meat products delivered from a ranch in upstate NY so that's not THAT much of a stretch.

There's a place near me that does a meat CSA that we're looking into. Pork, chicken, lamb, goat, and duck plus a dozen eggs every month. They make their own sausages of various kinds as well, so it's not just ground pork or cuts of pork. $595 for 6 months, 6-10 lbs of meat plus the eggs per month. Seems like a lot if I break it down to $100 minus cost of dozen eggs and divide by lbs of meat, but it's all grass fed/pasture raised/etc. Anyone got any opinions one way or the other? What does your meat thing cost Zet? I'm on the fence about it.

Those prices seem pretty par for the course. If the meat is high quality, it's a good deal.

Yeah it seems similar. My only gripe is there's not beef, since the price checks out. I guess the other advantage is that you pick you meat.
