My friends in England are pulling for the Lettuce.
Oh man, things getting even worse. If you don't want to watch, the Home Secretary, another high up in the cabinet, resigned. The excuse being that she was copying things to her private email to send to folks. There's rumblings that she may have done it on purpose to have an excuse to resign. There's also rumors of a 90 minute shouting match. Also also she seems super right wing, being very anti migrant and attacking "woke" shit. Possibly positioning herself as a replacement. Regardless, her exit throws things into even more turmoil. It's akin to the VP AND I guess the Homeland Security secretary both quitting.
Is the lettuce still going?

Gonna be real great for the UK when BoJo becomes the party leader again and wins the next general election
Alright so... things moved fast this weekend. Boris the fuckboi cancelled his family vacation (Bitch has been on vacation since announcing his stepping down from the PM role, despite still being in parliament and having a fucking job to do) to run back to the UK to try to get back into the PM role. The Tories set it up so that over the weekend, candidates had to get at least 100 of the 360 MPs to support their candidacy to go to the next phase, a vote amongst the Tory party voters. Three people came out as potential replacements, Rishi Sunak, the previous chancellor who was instrumental in taking Boris down with his resignation, Penny Mordaunt, a lesser MP who was possibly a bit less insane than most, though honestly not by much (She fucking advocated the NHS should fund homeopathic medicine), and good old Bojo. Only Rishi got over 100, Bojo claimed he got 100 but "dropped out for the sake of the country", aka he fucking didn't and didn't want to actually look like a loser, and Penny just flat out failed.
So where does this leave the UK? With a PM that won an "election" by getting around 150 votes. No general public vote, no Tory party vote, just won because he got 150 and his opponents couldn't get over 100. That's a hell of a "mandate". I feel sorry for UK folks.
Who really cares where it leaves them? They are still a monarchy.
England is just trying to take the challenge of speed running the tally of PMs Italy has been known for racking up since WW2.
keep fucking around and Spicyryan is going to activate the queen
