I don’t expect there to be many long-term issues, given what GLP drugs are. That said, it seems like about 90% of the benefits people are attributing to this drug really come down to the fact that people tend to be healthier at a lower weight. Still, the fact that they've created something inexpensive, easy to use, and essentially bottled self-control is pretty remarkable.
