I really hate this shit. AI gonna be hallucinating prior authorizations like "Sorry you can't prescribe Ozempic for broken fibula have you tried the formulary alternative, Percocet? Please send your appeal for Metoprol within 14 days from two weeks ago."

I use some kind of AI at my work, its just shipping, the "AI" in question just reads the information on the paperwork and automatically enters it into our system, which we then audit/verify. They call it AI, Idk if its actual AI.

Let me tell yah, AI hallucinates and makes up shit all the time. Numbers blatantly wrong, whole words different than whats shown because its just making assumptions I guess. I don't trust AI at all to get Hazmat details right and always enter them manually. Finding out they're trying to implement this in the Medical industry with little to no oversight, knowing just how many errors the one my company uses makes, is scary.

Nah that's just parsing a file lol, depending on the file you could write a bash script to just grep for keywords and dump w/e is after the keyboard into another xml file or database. Half this shit they call AI does no sort of machine learning or LLM activities at all. It's like calling a printer AI back in the 90s
