I know we moved on from the GLPs but being that the new year is about to start. Have to tell you picking up retra, best decision ever. By far.

-60 lbs since october. This shit is amazballs. One pound per day for sixty days straight. Without doing any extra exercise. Some biking and walking thats it.

This has been the biggest boon for me. I always turned to food for a dopamine hit which got me up to 315 pounds about 18 months ago.

Even with the help of Adderall and working out, I couldn't get last the 265-270 barrier due to constant snacking.

Hell, at Togo's I used to be able to knock off a large sandwich and bag of chips. I've had to go to a small sandwich as I can't finish a large now.

I'm not losing a pound a day like you are, but 30ish pounds since I started in September, and I had to take almost two weeks off due to surgery prep, and will have to stop again after the 7th due to surgery attempt #2.

MLM insinuates the product isn't worth it and they're just selling as hard as they can. That isn't this or the gray market. The products really are as good as the claims, you just gotta be brave enough to stick yourself with a needle and not so broke that you can't afford the medicine.
