No chance Dyspo is capable of handling Golden Frieza really, let's be honest.
Episode was great. Vegeta was badass as fuck! So hyped for next week
Art in this episode was great, good times all around.
Vegeta's new form looks cool, here's hoping he actually does something with it.
Vegeta is the gift that keeps on jobbing.
Dypso dun fucked up. If he's this fast compared to everyone that isn't a SSB he should be just yoinking people and tossing them off the ledge. Gohan, Freeza and 17 should be ringed out already.
Something weird happened with Piccolo. When Vegeta gets pissed at Jiren for talking about his pride, Piccolo made it a point to say something about evoking his saiyan pride or whatever. Near the end of the sentence, it seems that the VA forgot he was voice acting for the character and his voice goes noticeably up an octave. Was kinda funny.
Vegita has shown us already his pride power boost can do work. Geets vs Beerus post fucking with Bulma.

Could be like Trey Parker. He voices Eric Cartman in his natural cadence now, and a sound engineer adjusts its pitch to that of a 4th grader in post.
Furukawa's 71 years old. Maybe the show's sound team does this for him to help him not strain his voice, but they just dun fucked up the edit job at the end of that sound bite you heard.
Rewatched the episode like four times now. God damn the art is beautiful lol.
Art was fantastic, the best in the history of DBS for sure, but I wish they had waited until the next episode for it. Not a lot really happened in this episode, let's be honest.
Noteworthy though that both Shida and Takahashi have confirmed since the episode that they are both (presumably independently) on more episode(s?) so I'm sure we'll get some more good stuff from them before this is all said and done.
They need to milk Takahashi as much as they can. Once Fairy Tail starts back up he's not going to work on DBS anymore (he's FT's lead animation supervisor.)
Watched the ep like 5 times now and man I LOVE how fucking buff Vegeta looks. Reminds me of the good old Cell saga days. Looks so much better than the puny builds we normally get to see.
Even little things like how Vegeta was animated breathing heavily after using Final Flash, so detailed and specific. Some major hype in store for next week

I just don't get the GoD comparison. Isn't SSB supposed to be on Beerus level? SSB KaokinX20 = way above GoD level? What good is Toppo becoming a GoD, if that's still a good deal below even SSB?
But I guess we haven't really been consistent with how strong the GoDs are, or even how strong SSB is... ("if they keep hitting each other they'll destroy the entire universe!"). It's also pretty clear a GoD isn't just "a really strong person." There's some kind of inherent change/power they have (GoD destructive energy, like what was loaned to assassinate Freeza).
Even after Goku’s fight w/ Beerus, didn’t Whis say Beerus wasn’t fighting seriously?
Also I’d agree that the term GoD seems to be more indicative of a status/ability than “most powerful being in the universe”. It would feel more accurate to call anyone that can control/gain Destruction Energy a GoD.
