It's not really the first incident like this. Several colleges coming under fire for things like this over the last year or 2. Some of them are already feeling the monetary backlash lol. This though gets the point across a bit more when you have a full on unfiltered recording of tenured faculty giving a full 40 minute inquisition. Apparently if you look up the people involved on rate my professor there are a ton of reviews of don't even try they grade based on right think for years now. So it's not really new [people already knew and spread these people taught and acted like this it's just getting attention now
