I can see her point about deadnaming her in the credits, but there's no reason why Erica should be immune to nightmares due to still being biologically a guy, and is in a relationship that has a problem. The "gender flipped" new name is also a lazy point.

And I agreed with that. I'm calling out other suggestions like Erica being somehow immune to a male disease. The other point about the character freaking out about "fucking a guy" is just plain reality when it comes to how most guys would react in that situation.

Its reality but also if you're a trans person playing a game like that its probably not a theme you'd want to deal with. Like going from 'cool there's a MtF person in the game' to 'oh god why' because trans people have been murdered over shit like that.
