Doubt there is much in the way of the attempted seduction though i'm sure any employer would be none too fond of such. But pretty much everywhere recognizes you don't touch people without their consent under most circumstances. Without injury or touching naughty bits battery is at most a misdemeanor however without criminal intent it's not even that and just civil battery. I believe assault is the same minus the need for touching. I likely see this only going to civil and only if she pushes it

Really trying to remain objective with this as I respect NDT immensely for what he does, but christ she makes it difficult. His blatant attacks on her credibility by way pointing out her lunacy are tone deaf and frankly really disappointing, but I can't bring myself to tune them out completely. We're also kinda seeing one actor accused of playing two drastically different roles. He's a grown man who, despite how charmingly nerdy and oblivious he may be, should know better than to fiddle around with a woman's clothing to find a tattoo or give someone a Liz Warren for an uncomfortable period of time while mishandling a power dynamic alone in his private dwellings. i am ambivalent about NDT. he's always come across as a bit full of himself, to me. his posts are banned from /r/iamverysmart because he says shit that fits there ALL THE TIME but he is actually smart (just not as smart as he thinks he is). that kinda kills the fun when he does post something cool.


i am not in the least surprised to hear the descriptions about his awkward, fumbling, creepy attempts to seduce women. fits the sort of man he is. the rape allegation would be pretty far out of character for him, so i'm more skeptical about it, but i could see him having secret incel sympathies so maybe not.
