I made no such claim nor is it necessary to realize the massive flaws in our justice system. Of course, case dismissals may sometimes be justified; and they happen so frequently, it's obvious some worthwhile cases are dismissed.

Was a bit of the victim versus alleged and generally if people start with the whole look how many cases go nowhere it's under the line of clearly these were valid cases. My mistake on that.

I'm no where near trying to say I live in Google's fantasy land of the law is 100% right though more reporting couldn't hurt. It's more of stats on cases vs trial/convictions don't really say anything other than that despite it's often used as a measurement of how much the system is failing. There are certainly egregious dismissals but it's hard to say how much of it really is

it's very difficult and unlikely to meet judges' idea of pervasive, and that contributes to underreporting

not sure why you're on about appropriate dismissals or what have you. i'd take it from the people who looked at thousands of such dismissals
