Here’s how the convo with the kid should have gone: “Are you ok with kissing?” “No” “Ok then.” And don’t script it. The end. Not to joke and say, “Well now we have to make you do it.” Which is what they said happened.
Just because they convinced her, doesn’t make it better. It makes it worse imo because they had to convince her it was ok to do. Her saying now it was ok just means they succeeded.
I love that she thinks believing the supposed victim that nothing happened is the same as believing the perpetrator (trump) that he didn't do anything.
Fucking lol.
Ok I guess you live in a rock as swapping spit was a term for kissing, and you were the one just a few pages back (tapatalk pages) asking how much money does it take to make having your first kiss be in a movie is fine.
Jesus fuck, this type of stuff is Wednesday for an actor. Hell, how often do you see a movie with kids kissing or fucking that doesn’t actually even pertain to the story. It’s rare as fuck. Probably the two most obvious ones is les miserables and kids. It’s not like we have kids fucking in every movie
I only said first kiss because in this particular situation it was theirs. Not that only first kisses matter. It was just a descriptor, and I didn’t think people would think it was anything more than that.
There’s a reason we don’t see teen actors fucking due to protections placed on them. I’m not convinced that’s where the line should be drawn.
Nothing of value is lost if the kids didn’t kiss. It was not some unavoidable plot point, just fluff.

What guidelines are we using on when or when not to believe the actress/“victim”? Is there an easy to read flowchart I can use?

Tom Ashbrook from NPR's On Point had about a dozen former colleagues come forward with complaint of him being verbally and psychologically abusive. Women he used to work with claim that for them it was taken a step further with unwanted physical contact in the form of hugs and neck rubs after being berated.
Glad to see this thread remained retarded over the whole weekend. Good job bg
Someone needs to step away from the internets.....
