Not disagreeing at all it definitely is a grey area. She still went thru with giving and receiving oral but tried to seem like she wasn't interested by not kissing back as her way of giving a non verbal cue and that can come off as hard to get behavior or mixed signals. You are right that it can be interpreted as a mixed signal that she did this after she told him to stop.

But the problem here is that he made advances on her, including presenting himself for more oral on the couch, AFTER she had given pretty clear signals she was not receptive to continuing contact. The accuser isn't claiming he forced her (at the start, or after they moved to the couch) but that his behavior wasn't appropriate. And it's pretty clear that she is right in that regard, at the very least for any behavior that occurs after she leaves to go to the bathroom. Anything she did on the couch is not a post-facto justification for any of his advances after she told him to cool his jets (like his continuing to encroach on her physical space and put his fingers in her mouth) or for whipping it out on the couch.
