At the very least there was some grooming in my opinion if they really did have a stepmom/stepson type relationship. I'm trying to take into account the stupidity of male teenage hormones, but the fauxcest craze wasn't really a thing back when the incident happened.

If I still worked SVU cases my first course of action would be to track down any other adolescent teenagers who were around her. This kind of behavior is almost never unique and/or spontaneous. She can only trip and fall on a dick so many times before people realize she isn’t clumsy.

agree on all counts, it's still he said / she said but one side smacks of the truth and one smacks of (TMZ established) lying psychopathy. assume anyone with basic reading comprehension would be able to tell but i guess it must need be said, my initial post wasn't a defense of her but of Rose and her point that accusations against known predators like Weinstein and Cosby, whose behavior was known for decades and who were being accused by dozens of people, should be treated differently than accusations against those with no known history of abuse. skepticism may be too strong a word but mostly agree with above bros; singular accusations against people with hitherto clean records should be treated with patience as while they are most likely true they are falsified enough to forestall damning the accused until the full story can play out.
