You can log in to your account on any compatible device and remain logged in to your account on up to 10 compatible devices at any one time.

While you can maintain up to 10 devices logged into your Disney+ account, you can stream on four devices concurrently.

This is really nice/convenient.

Four Marvel films—Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Ant-Man & The Wasp, and Infinity War—are not available at launch due to those film rights being exclusive to Netflix for a set time. Eventually they will make it to D+.

Three other films—The Hulk (owned by Universal) and the two solo Spider-man films (owned by Sony)—will not be on D+ unless a new deal is made with their respective studios.

Netflix requires a higher tier sub, Amazon offers all of it's original content in 4k at no added cost.

Yeah if I remember correctly it took WWE Network 2-3 years to reach their goal of 2 million subscribers to start turning a profit. Any new service out the gate these days is going to operate at a loss for a while, even a media giant like Disney.
