Freetaxusa, despite its shady sounding name, is really legit. Been using it for 5 years or so. And it's dirt cheap. Only pay for state filing.

I don't file (due to being on disability) but I think 'Neko uses Freetaxusa. Don't EVER touch TurboTax; they were nailed (Before Drumph) for doing a bait and switch with filing taxes free. And got a lot of people.

I used to use turbotax when they had the offline edition that you could do things with, but they did away with that this year so I'm on freetaxusa now too. Fuck turbotax.

Nah, I didn't qualify for free filing cause jointly, were above the agi for free filing. Perhaps there's a different avenue to make it free, but last tax year I got fucked by this and had to pay anyways

Errr nah man you can use freetaxusa no matter what, just what you pay for is determined by agi because I used it to figure out whether I should switch and was able to choose to file. Just have to enter everything manually.

I checked mine and it wasn't updated. I had to force it because they had not pushed the damn security patch yet.

Android is under attack. Google issued a warning on Dec. 1 along with what is essentially an emergency update. This was rushed out to all Pixel users. But for most Samsung users, these fixes are not yet available, despite attacks now underway.
