That was done more to pad global because we weren't getting the collaborations that seemed to be coming every other week in jp.

For these schedule gaps, unless they're going to overwhelm global with original content or old collabs, are just large gaps in the schedule with no JP counterpart to match them to.

There's another (bigger imo) issue with shuffling tactics around. The old JP schedule made it so that you could pull on the god wall banner and then turn back to pull on tactics. If Tactics is coming earlier then that probably wont be the case anymore.

How would you guys rate a machina dive? I got a hold of his usb and lmr(completely forgot about the anni lucky draws and figured I had too many dupes for onion)
He's my only real earth coverage other than bartz and I more than welcome the stoneskin spam if i decide to dive him after cloud.

Dissidia event does have relic banners and apparently it also took DeNA by surprise because the announcement is in Japanese lol. Anyway Banner 2 is the stuff of dreams if I'm reading it right (wait for proper translation to be sure):
-Tidus CSB;
-OK USBs;
-Cloud USB;
-Squall, Y'shtola, Ramza, Vaan BSBs;
-Squall, Ramza, Tidus, OK LMRs;
-Noctis and Ramza SSBs (guessing it's Genji Gloves for Ramza).
Again, let's wait for proper translation but I think this is mostly correct. If it is I'm totally gunning this instead of Tactics.

that is a godlike banner, easy pass for me though as i'm only missing cloud USB and OK/tidus LMR, lol. banner 1 is dupe city too, though not quite as extreme as that one!

So it seems banner format is staying as new relics banner 1 and only older relics banner 2 in JP, nice since it makes banners easier to choose now.

Also as expected, Bartz got a UOSB, FT, and USB2 (10 usual elements hits + extra large spellblade+ and depending on # of spell blades, exit EX mode with 1 overflow hit). Also Galuf has joined the chain gang with 2.0 Earth CSB (150 hits).

They're basically pairing these crazy banners with the new Torment releases to entice players into spending money lol (it's even outright stated in the in-game announcements). This won't be fun in GL with our messed up schedule.

new torments are effectively break-immune as well, right? i guess that dashes any hopes of new toys for faris popping up in the future :(

i guess she is pretty well kitted out already with 2 USBs, but it's pretty annoying to have invested so many pulls in a top tier support, and the entire archetype is obsolete in most future content (except as entrust bots).

i guess she is pretty well kitted out already with 2 USBs, but it's pretty annoying to have invested so many pulls in a top tier support, and the entire archetype is obsolete in most future content (except as entrust bots).

She got a new BSB2 with this event (8x Wind/Fire hits + 50% ATK/DEF debuff. Commands are 2x hit Wind/Fire Power/Armor Breakdown).

Also yeah breaks are still useless only for the highest tier torments (30% effects on breaks with full realm team).

Is there something I’m missing about atlas? I scouted it out with my water magicite team and it did 9999 to everyone on the first turn. Then I used shelk’s instacast to drop a wall on the second attempt which left it firmly in still hits like a truck territory. My other guess is that there isn’t any way I’m surviving without synergy and mine for that realm is too weak to be used.

You mean his second turn, the AOE? You should be able to shellga before it. And grasp is dispel so you'll take more damage after that. Just keep everyone front row or everyone backrow and rebuff after grasp. And you can break him too (which is probably a good idea given the dispels). But he just does a lot of damage yeah.

Also IIRC first crush is first front row then backrow and keeps alternating? So back row has an advantage here for buffing at the start.

Is there any situation where I'd regret giving someone sam +3% from motes as opposed to unlocking demonsblood users? I can't really think of a situation where I want to use demonsblood.

Eh, they may end up buffing it at some point, but yeah, i'd say go for it if you want to. I already did that for my Bartz back when I got his USB.
