We got a bugged bahamut from fest or something like that a while ago. It's unbreakable and unhonable and only one hit, apparently it's the one from the old tutorial. We also got a real bahamut.

With some adjustments to play style I brought Maliris down to a very stable and reliable sub-30 where the only time it really draws out past 30 seconds is when I get almost zero w-cast on both Tidus and Bartz in the same run. It's stable enough to handle very low w-cast on one of them, so unless I make a mistake then I can typically take her down with no reload.

Still having trouble with Ixion. Because I didn't need to dive a w-cast ninja for Maliris I decided not to do it just for this one fight, but Bartz alone just can't dish out the damage (and that's what x2 earth equipment, bsb3, usb, LDM). It's gotten pretty close a couple times, but I typically reach the end of RW wall and subsequently get whittled down as last stand wears off and Ixion gets multiple hits in without haste. I don't know, maybe if I drop Relm as double-healer and just use Eiko and feed her bars instead then I juggling LS with her haste will be enough. The constant dispel seems to be my biggest problem, and Eiko is my only source of instant haste.

I'm amazed at how much detail they put into FFXI Omega fight, it seems to be almost 1:1 to how Omega is in the game, hell while reading the details I recalled the old "only DD Omega from the sides, he paralyzes from the front, petrifies from the back" and that's even in the ffrk fight!

They even added the FFXI hate system for this fight for accurate pile pitches and colossal blows. Damage dealers get 100 enmity per DMG dealt and healers get 200 enmity per heal.

Absolute Virtue was similar, hopefully we won't skip that given DeNA's new direction for GL. Now if they'd put the same care in releasing more events/characters/relics....

Assuming they do like they did with Ultros for 30th, this will be a Cloud/Orlandeau heavy banner with no LMRs, that's gonna be a hard pass for me.

what physical dark skills (aside from the ninja ones) are worth honing? in particular i guess this is mainly for use with TGC since i have his USB. split between sanguine cross and dread weapon? or is the HP hit on SC marginal enough to make it manageable in something like siren where you'd just double up as with saber?

Dread Weapon. Reaping Scythe (Only if you have a way to doom yourself, otherwise it's trash). XXX Cross (The one that is -15% HP, NOT -25%).

XIV is finally getting an event in JP: Papalymo, Thancred USBs I bet (and Alphinaud's wind Chain ). In GL news that water banner looks incredibly and I can't really find any good reason to skip... except that Rydia BSB1 that has no business being there as it's earth based.
