New 6* Knight ability in JP is a 5 hit attack with follow-up 2000 HP heal attached. It can heal any party member as well :D

Edit: Also, regarding that banner change, it's confirmed that the 2% off banner reserved for featured characters is BSB+ and it's split between 5* and 6* (1% each). Good stuff for most players, bad news for whales.

That is going to be rediculously helpful if you bring a knight along for Neo Torments, sucks we got to wait a long time for it.

So I went into this fest aiming for B5 with 2 pulls on B1 trying for Ramza chain. Got it in one.

Trying to weigh pushing for godwall or trying for Tidus/Squall further breakage against Sephiroth or Bartz banners in a few weeks.

Fuck Emerald Weapon 350, he trolled my ass so hard. Had him at 5% with Garnet 1 sec from USB, Eye respawns, OK DCs chain-thundaga, bringing him to 1%, 2x Counter Stomp, proc Garnet's last stand, SAP kills her, ultimate Emerald beam 2x wipes the party......

Managed to beat him though after several hrs. Team was Ashe USB, Garnet USB, OK mUSB, Rikki USB, Selphie USB.

I think I may have missed the memo... But can you combine a 6* relic to an 8* now with 2 additional copies?

I remember my friend trying to combine 3 Cloud USB swords together and it wouldn't go past 7 ( example: starts off as a 6, combine one for a 7, combined another and it remained 7.)

I have a Rinoa OSB weapon at 7 stars, just got a another from the 5myth daily pulls. So I can combine again to make it 8?

You should have always been able to do that to my knowledge. Maybe he didn't upgrade the 6+ USB sword with materials? Ive had a 6++ Yuna USB rod since its release.

You just can't make 6* items 9* as of yet.

D350 Emerald weapon: killed with terra burst 2, shantotto burst and OK meltdowning backed up by tyro DVG and elarra healing the hell out of them. This one was annoying.

D350 diamond weapon: lock him into core form with hope/elarra/tyro, TG cid (OSB) and beatrix (burst2) blow him up and use magi/RW on their off times. Really wish I had TG cid's USB...Much easier than emerald anyway.

The changes dena made were to take some of the slot %s dedicated to bursts and move them to "any burst+ relic for the featured characters " right?

Had to LDM Rem with her USB in order to have enough magic holy dmg to take down Diamond 350. Didn't have enough water magic to do near enough dmg otherwise I only have a little over 60 spirit motes left, which has me a bit worried for the future of my mage teams when I may need to dive another. I really don't know how I made this team work lol. His damage output was really low compared to Emerald, it seemed. Also much more predictable when the spikes would occur thanks to the core mechanic.

Emerald 350, on the other hand, went down like a chump with BSB1/OSB/LDM Vivi, and BSB2/AOSB/LMR/LDM Terra. Had Shelk and OK feeding Relm bars for USB to keep up healing though

Yep, with a 50/50 split between 5* and 6* relics.

Means they took the extra 2% on the fest banners from removing BSBs and made half of it a chance for off banner BSB/LMR featured char and other half OSB+ off banner. So for whales this is bad since off banner increased by 2% per pull, better for those of us still missing off banner relics for featured chars since we get an extra 1% for 6*.

so Whats the deal with Diamong weapon, should just Magic dmg him without opening his core? Or calculate when you can deal with gravity attacks?
