I'm starting to think our president watches Fox
With all this live tweeting, you'd think he'd tell me how he felt about the X-Files on Fox

I await the next 70 mins when I am baked as fuck and listening to this Fire & Fury audiobook.
I haven't paid enough attention to this book and the shit behind it. From what I've gathered on the interwebs:
People interviewed are coming forward to say Wolff has taken their statements out of context and/or he never actually interviewed them.
Wolff has countered he has it all on tapes (is he releasing them???)
Wolff has a history of creating gossipy books that are untrue (mostly stated by repubs, so...?)
Wolff has stated that most of this stuff is from the interviews and he is not claiming their validity just that it is what the people claimed to be true.
Anyone have some thoughts on this?
I am trying to decide if it's worth buying or if this is just something to feed our personal feelings in how we hate Trump.
I want to stay focused on what's really happening rather than tabloids.
Sam Seder went into it. Start at 58 minutes. Though his story about it takes a bit.

I would say the best thing to do with the book is to write down a list of people wolff has interviewed and put a check next to their name when they deny a quote and a date.
The thumb of rule imma follow is if its too good to be true don't pounce on it.
Honestly though, does the truthfulness of the book matter? It’s not like Trump has a good track record with telling the truth. Perhaps he should have a taste of his own medicine.
Legitimately it does because all it does is makes the fake news call of the radical right legitimate which will affect the more conservative right voices and independents.
Not to mention news organizations that get defended for speaking the truth (Like say WaPo) will call that shit out pretty fast and won't benefit us more than like a few days.
It for sure matters on a personal level. I don’t need lies about trump when I could be paying attention to the true shit he’s doing.
I also don’t think propping up a book of lies ( if it is) is such a smart idea if we are going to be trying to take seats in 2018. I could see that coming back to bite us.
Trump administration is freezing nearly all security aid to Pakistan
I do have a question regarding the book though, if nothing in the book is true, why are Trump criticizing what Bannin said in the book? Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Steve Bannon support trump up until recently when what he said in the book came out?
Bannon is burning a lot of bridges.
The guy quit the admin and figured he could do more to antagonize the right we're used to by using the radical right. However with the recent shenanigans of Roy Moore (Repubs supports Luther Strange during the primary) it caused them to lose what should've been a really fucking safe red seat. (Its not the only reason however).
Things with Bannon have gotten so bad that the Mercer's have been publically against him and are now trying to use their position in breitbart to oust Bannon from running the publication.

lol
Well, don't worry. We'll certainly have better leverage with them once there's nothing to take from them anymore.

Michael Wolff on Today show right now fucking ROASTING Trump, doubling down on everything.
Savannah: in the book, you say all his top advisors and family members think he is incompetent and unfit for office
Wolff: Let me make it clear: 100 percent of them think that.
