Even odds to finish first term. That's a bit surprising to me. The Senate won't convict and I don't think he's quitting. And I think any attempt to charge a sitting president with a crime will ultimately head to SCOTUS, which would take too much time (although I think Kennedy would side with the liberal justices in this matter).

My ultimate guess is he finishes his first term, doesn't run for second.

I have never known Trump to not quit something that got tough. That is his entire business strategy, if it's not easy it's not worth it, lose interest and leave.
