The party that has refused to embrace grassroots support, find new and younger leadership, and stand up for working class and labor (or really just have principles) is losing voters in the youngest voting bloc?
Glad democrats don't ever try to challenge this. And they increasingly say the Republican Party is a better steward of the economy.
Glad democrats spend the time trying to convince everyone Trump "isn't a real republican".Although nearly two of three young voters polled said they do not like Republican President Donald Trump, their distaste for him does not necessarily extend to all Republicans or translate directly into votes for Democratic congressional candidates.
Yeah, this was for anyone who thought they wouldn't find some way to fuck it up.
GWB's ethics lawyer and long time Trump critic Richard Painter has switched parties and is running for Al Franken's Senate seat in Minnesota as a Democrat.

This is all hinging on what people's definition of "fuck it up" is. Democrats could take the House and Senate and people would cry about some of the new members being ex-military/CIA type moderates as evidence for how the Dems fucked it up.
I mean, I would be shocked if the democrats even in their own blundering way with history on their side that they couldn't retake the house.
But in 2016 I said I would be shocked if Hillary didn't win.
Marco Rubio seems to be hellbent on making sure not a single American is under the impression that his backbone exists.

Could Axios have found a worse picture of Rubio to use?
I don't think Democrats should be confident of anything right now, but I also think there's still plenty of time for the bottom to fall out for Republicans. The Mark Foley scandal didn't break until September of 2006, and public opinion didn't *really* degrade for Republicans until those last few months.
Things could swing the other way, but the safe money is that there's limited upside for Republicans and potential for things to get a lot worse for them.
Not a bad opening volley

Was about to autistically screech but that's damn good.conservative about conserving the environment and spending money (single payer health care would save a huge amount and I hate bloated taxpayer funded NFL stadium deals)
hey if conservatives want to reclaim environmentalism then I'm willing to let them
I've been subconsciously trained to screech when i hear the phrase "Socially liberal/progressive fiscally conservative" because that usually never ends well.
i'm honestly feeling so attacked right now
