Cali isnt my state so I didn't pay too much attention to specifics. Iirc 2 or 3 districts are dangerously close to that happening though. But republicans have this problem too, the Senate and governer races might have republicans locked out of the ballot.

Polling in House primaries is such garbage it is hard to tell.

In a few districts you have a weak Republican incumbent, who drew exactly one strong Republican challenger. And then Dems sensing blood in the water had like 10 candidates all hoping to be the one to take him on. Some of these Dems then dropped out and endorsed (this is mainly in CA-48 - Dana "The Putin-lover" Rohrabacher's district where a number of Dems dropped out to rally behind Harley Rouda).

There's 2 seats vulnerable because of retiring Republican incumbents.
Issa (49th) is retiring, R+1
Royce (39th) also retiring, Even

Other targets that have a chance to compete in November if Dems don't fuck themselves.
Knight (25th)
Walters (45th)
Rohrabacher (48th)
Denham (10th)

I forget which district it was, but a Dem was polling in single digits and 4th among Dems, tossing money into the race while gaining no ground. Then he started going negative on his own party's candidates.

Otherwise, the state positions are due to all be Dem locked for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, Newsom wants the Republican Cox to finish 2nd for the runoff, while Villaraigosa wants Republican Travis Allen to poach votes from Cox, so that Villaraigosa can finish 2nd.

Basically. Calling the cops when a person is suicidal is a poor decision. I have an agoraphobic friend who was having an episode, and they had the cops called by the person they were talking to. They panicked when the cops tried to remove them from the house and they got slapped with a charge for assaulting a police officer on top of getting the pleasure of being pepper sprayed.
