yeah CEO is gonna be a pass, the NJPW collab seems pretty cool for people who are into that (which seems to be a huge chunk of the FGC) but it doesn't do a thing for me.

anyone considering going to evo this year? i have a load of vacation time banked, no other plans to use it, and a few of my friends are thinking of going this year.

The spectacle of EVO in general no longer interests me. I've been to Vegas countless times on my own terms, and I'm not as hardcore into fighting games as I was many moons ago. DBFZ is fun to play, but as a spectator that shit is borderline TTT2/Melee levels of fucking long and boring.

I'd sooner give CEO a more legitimate thought into going, at least that seems to be doing something exciting and different lol.
