The Second to Last Movie You Saw and Would Recommend?

Caught The Last House over the weekend on Netflix.

I didn't hate it; it kept me entertained for two hours, but I can't necessarily recommend it. It was the most family oriented apocalyptic survival story I've seen, felt like a movie that was held back trying to cater to a family audience. Fun concept, some interesting ideas, also some big leaps of logic I had to ignore to keep moving, decent acting. I'm liking Greta Lee quite a bit these days.

The ending was so bad lol, also I disagree about Greta as she really was not great in Tron. But for the most part the movie did have some nice ideas

I thought she was pretty decent in Tron, perhaps she primarily looked good in comparison to co-stars Jared Leto and whoever played the Angry Black Lady Program. I first noticed her as the sassy friend in Russian Doll, where she was the standout in just about every scene she was in.

Yea she was good in Russian doll but she def leveled down in tron

Not as good as Train but still a fun ride.

Just saw Hope. Solid monster flick with breakneck speed...for the most part. There's a caveat for me that I can't say without spoiling it lol

Of course it fizzles out at the end as the genre changes from monster action to alien space opera and ends without resolving anything. The fuck

I guess he's planning a trilogy but damn, wish I knew that going into it

It struggles with being toeing the CBS slop line occasionally but it's pretty entertaining.

Just came back from a day out watching Hope. Recommended, but warning it's 2 hours 46 mins long. Me and my friend did not know that lol

We just knew it was fighting monsters and based on trailer and since we were on a high after Resident Evil we thought lets give this a shot.

Also, need to tell your brain cells to stand down.
