    Re-reading #2 I realize now that they don't talk about her 6th life at all and is not in the timeline in the end. God Hickman is so good.

    I noticed that too. It's completely left off the timeline at the end of the issue as well.

    Year 9: Sinister's breeding pools and Nimrod/Apoc battle
    Year 10: Ascension based on establishment of House of X?

    Gonna bump since nobody else talking about it.

    Prof. X, Magneto, Cyclops exchange ending in "it will be done" sounds like some boss shit is going to go down. I like the attitude form Cyclops. Reminds you that Cyclops was supposed to be X's go-to guy. Reminds you that they're not playing clean, running a team in the shadows to do the dirty work. they're going to be upfront about it.

    I can't believe how intrigued Powers/House has got me.

    Event Leviathan over in DC is also actually pretty good, Bendis called it "a mystery the reader can absolutely solve" and I believe him. They've laid out enough clues so far that I think I definitely have some ideas as to who Leviathan is, and it's kinda fun watching it unfold to see if I'm right.

    I just ran out during my lunch break to the shop and they hadn't received any of their weekly releases yet. Don't have time to go back later. I'd really like hard copies of all of them.

    This issue was something.

    So originally I was thinking the Ascension timeline in X^3 was the mutants ascending, but maybe it's the Sentinels that have a more human aesthetic like the Omega Sentinels? I thought it was humans in the dome they showed the shadows of, but maybe it's the mutants as the homo superior? After last week's issue I was thinking that the Nimrod we saw in the Ascension timeline was a Nimrod that wasn't hostile towards mutants, but now I'm not so sure.

    Fuck I want to read more.

    I wasn't so sure about that because the one in the X^2 timeline with Apoc was clearly hostile towards mutants and we've since seemingly moved on from that timeline.
