For easy/cheap reads I HIGHLY recommend checking out your local library. Ours lets you use the Libby and Hoopla apps. Libby has an amazing selection for where I live and Hoopla has all the stuff libby doesn't but is on a "6 (free) credits a month" system.

They seem to have repaired a lot of it. I've been using unlimited for the past week with no issues and can do the ole panel by panel thing as opposed to pages. Works fine so far.

Yooooo, if you get the chance check out Riddler: One Bad Day. It's Black Label so not in continuity, but man it is a hell of a Riddler story.

Ok that was actually really good. Riddler's always been my favorite of Batman's rogues, and I really liked this dark take on him. Much better than in The Batman, imo.

I've been running it through a few times and I'll wait to see what happens with the other books but

    Spoiler: show
My guess after the first issue is that "One Bad Day" isn't referring to the villains of each story - it's a referring to Batman and what happens with each one to finally push him over the edge (as Alan Moore implied happened at the end if the Killing Joke). The "bad day" is Batman's day when he finally crosses the line.

If you aren't aware, Madalyn Pryor recently was made Queen of Limbo by Magik and Ben Reilly recently lost all his formative memories and has been infused with a "quantum-shifting polymer"

    Mehhhh

Madelyne was literally just last month in a storyline through New Mutants where Illyana made her the new ruler of Limbo because she wanted to make a fresh start of things and a life away from everything that had been inflicted on her. Her turning right around and attacking the X-Men again just feels like that whole arc was for nothing.

They also just did a story a couple years ago where Ben was Peter's greatest enemy.

The recent storyline with Ben (Beyond) that got him to his current state was not good. Started ok but just got way too bloated and crapped out towards the end.

So basically every clone storyline in Spider-Man.

Read the Two-Face one, my guess was wrong. Story was actually stupidly predictable.

In by far the least likely event in comics for quite some time, Marvel has reclaimed the rights to Rom the Spaceknight and will publish an Omnibus of his original series from the 70s-80s for the first time next year.

If they get the Micronauts and Godzilla I think they'll have all their previously-licensed property that had to be fudged from continuity after the fact. Or at least they will when Conan becomes public domain in a couple years.

Scratch what I said earlier, Marvel has the Micronauts. Rom and the Micronauts will both return in 2024, one has to assume at this point that Hasbro will license the Transformers to them as well.

Probably a good idea for Hasbro at this point. Transformer comics are basically in limbo right now since they ended the deal with IDW.
