Kyle Bosman left I think, but they are still going strong. They regularly do their podcasts, reviews feel like they are a little slower to come out. But that might be choosing not to rush reviews.

boogie2988 now has an arrest warrant out for aggravated assault stemming from his warning shot incident at his house last year. Boogie says he can’t comment on the legal matters but plans to turn himself into authorities and let it play out.

Some other YouTuber showed up to boogies door iirc, camera and all. He wasn't doxxing him persay, but he def did show up uninvited. The warning shot was boogie acting like an ignorant r word, pretending to think he was Clint Eastwood or something. Dude deserves what he gets for the stunt.

So looks like boogie surrendered himself early Wednesday morning to police, got booked into county jail on aggravated assault charge and bonded out less than three hours later, bond was $5000. He has a court date set on May 28th.

Huh, it's been hours and no post about Amouranth getting her ad revenue turned off.
To be clear, ads don't even begin to compare to subs simpdonos and onlyclams, but still an interesting event.

She replied to the reddit thread and she makes about $40-50k/month on ads. It isn't a small amount.

So apparently Twitch stopped ad revenue going to amouranth's channel due to all the hot tub streaming. Fucked up thing is that they are still running ads on that stream but just not giving her any of the earnings from said ads. She wasn't even notified of it and had to reach out to Twitch because of it.

I mean yeah I think the hot tub thing is stupid and all but scummy on Twitch's part if they're not letting her collect Ad Revenue while playing ads. Or did Twitch implement ads on everyone regardless?

They were fucking around with ads for a while there, but for now it generally seems like non-subs get an ad when joining, with other ads being up to the streamer to run. Conceptually, I do agree them running ads on her and not paying for it is scummy, but they could also not run ads at all and get the same result. If she's running ads manually and they're not paying her, she probably does have a case. But really, this is just one of those times where only having Twitch or Youtube as viable streaming options is bad for the user.

I mean, the second mixer gave up twitch leaned in as hard as they could knowing theres no competition. If microsoft couldn't pull it off, facebook can't pull it off, youtube can't pull it off, I doubt anyone is doing anything for at least a good while. Short of a miracle.
