It seems like another rule change that YouTube is doing that's gonna fuck over channels that are trying to break out.
Its bad enough one strike limits what you can do but now it puts pressure on a network to cut you off if you even come close.
Hmm...sounds like YouTube is doing nothing current broadcasters don't already do?

YouTube creators/personalities as young as 12 are being paid hundreds of dollars per advert to advertise an essay-writing service called EduBirdie (which is located in Ukraine). A lot of people who are advertising for the service are using a "more time to play games" sales pitch. All of the personalities that the BBC has approached has dropped the service. YouTube says that they allow people to advertise on their channels, but they condone anything that "promotes dishonest activity."
Next you'll tell me that these skin gambling sites are all illegal.

Pedo-Defending YouTube personality Amos Yee has been removed from the platform. As of his termination, he had 40k subs.
Amos Yee, 19, is currently living in the United States having been granted asylum there.
He had previously been imprisoned twice in Singapore over videos that criticised religion and state authorities.
On Facebook, a post on Mr Yee's page said: "My YouTube channel and all the videos there have been completely taken down because of my views defending paedophilia." He also tweeted about the removal.

Comicsgate kicks into overdrive after comic book pros including Mark Waid pressure Antarctic Press to drop Diversity & Comics' graphic novel. This whole thing has been simmering for about a year at this point, but really started boiling over with D&C filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
Linked video is basically as much of a tl;dr as you can get when it comes to D&C's side of the story.
Can I get a tl;dr? This is 90 minutes long.
Gamergate but with comics.
ugh. Yeah this guy has a decent point but is kinda getting lost in the fact that he's a total shitbag also. Everyone involved sucks.
Twitch thot copyright claims Pewdiepie for calling her a thot. Drama ensues, PhillyD to summarize
And her response for comment after the video that got deleted - https://i.imgur.com/ouEQsBa.jpg
I sympathize with her but she's doing the wrong fucking thing.
Titty streamer pissing off the intranet hate machine? And yeah, she got rekt.
Word is, Youtube Red is being replaced with Youtube Music and Youtube Premium. Youtube Premium will be mainly what Red is now. The big problem I'm hearing, is that Youtube Premium will not pay creators for videos watched by Premium Users, like they get paid with Red currently. So basically Youtube shitting on creators again.
Y'all leave my beautiful Colombian Canadian Alinity aloneI've learned more about the Just Dance games from her than I ever would have on my own!
Why would I create content exclusively for YouTube red =/ it does not sound advantageous in the slightest.

Any difference in price point? Because right now $10/mo on Youtube Red also gets me Google Music.
Edit: You create content for Youtube Red because google comissions it.
Youtube Red bypasses ads so instead of ad revinue content creators instead got Red money which was better per viewer.

They're competing against Spotify and Apple Music.
So ad free youtube is gonna cost an extra $2
if you have youtube red you're still gonna pay the same price.
The company did include one perk for existing Red subscribers who currently pay $9.99 for that service—they'll receive access to YouTube Premium at that lower price point once the service debuts. Users in countries where Red is available can sign up for $9.99 per month before Premium comes out next week to be locked into the lower price.
