No, like soloing by myself with trusts when I have free time. I haven't really seen any shouts for CP parties on Ragnarok and I can't always commit to the longer CP grinds my linkshell likes to do. I haven't really tried to CP since returning to the game so I generally have no idea what camps people think are good or where to go.

May be worth seeing if you can join LS groups for however long you can, if they've got trusts or already-mastered alts on support that they could swap out. Even just duo or trioing could get you something very effective.

Otherwise, I think it probably depends on just how well geared you are. If you can self-SC, then that would likely let you do low/mid tier Apex camps by yourself with SC/MB. Sylvie should run Indi-Acumen for you on RDM that'd help.
If you feel like Apex is a little up there for you, then Moh Gates map 2, I-J/6-9 (basically the whole east side of it) has mobs that are super squishy to magic (Dullahans, Ubrils, Acuex) that are more ideally AoE'ed, but you can 1-2 shot with RDM single targets. Or just go kill things in Reisenjima. It's not the fastest, but it adds up with the campaign on.

Been a long time since i've played, i have the game downloaded on steam and i think i updated a year ago during free login campaign. In hotel at the moment so wifi super spotty and POL can't finishing checking files for the version before it says I'm offline. or it'll get through and only get a handful of files done. Seems to take 30 mins for it to even check the files in preparing update.. lol

Do we still have the torret files like we did forever ago, lol

Playonline now has the most up to date launcher with the latest patch? They always used to be like months and years out of date.

Yeah, I don't think SE updates the installer per-major patch. It's just up to Adoulin then you're on your own with their shitty update system from there.

I updated for the free campaign today just to log in and realized that, as far as I can tell, SE does actually send thousands of individual files to the client in serial. That communication overhead has to be half the reason that the update process is so slow.

I don't know how long I'll stay, but I'll at least take the opportunity to complain about the interaction of the free login campaign and Wardrobe 3/4 again.

Wardrobes are annoying to access and so I put gear used across multiple jobs in them.

When you come back for the Free Login Campaign, gear in the paid wardrobes (3+4) is inaccessible.

As a result, I can log in for free but I can't gear any job well enough to survive a slightly difficult fight.

This does not make me want to resub.

If the purpose of the free login campaign is to try to get me to resub, they should make the damned wardrobes accessible.

I agree 100%. Or at least let you remove things out of it. Hell, I would have paid the $1 to activate the thing to take things out of it.

I'd happily pay $2 to reactivate ($4 between my mule and I) it just so I can actually use the free trial, but they are pretty explicit on the site that if you do basically anything in the community portal it's likely to kill your free access.

Posting here because someone posted not too long ago about leveling a craft and what not. So it's no secret that some type of exploit was/is happening regarding crafting. Over at AH there is speculation that HQ % was nerfed as a response. Some people posted numbers. Of course there is no real way to prove it. Just to throw my recent experience out there I needed to do some synths that I am over 100 levels above. While I only did 36 synths, I only HQ 4. 11% HQ rate on a tier 3 synth. That is flipping terrible. After going now 0/32 on a T1 cursed synth I'm going to stop crafting and just collect mats for now.

I recently returned from a 4+ year break after getting the itch to play again during this quarantine. I've been playing on Asura and have been having an absolute blast. I've been working on another empy, but have hit a road block due to how congested Apademak still is on Asura. I'm considering transferring to a low population server to farm my horns/the rest of my souls and had a couple questions about the server transfer process. It looks like I can just transfer my main character and leave my mules on Asura, farm the items, and then transfer back after at least 3 days have passed. Will I need a gold pass to transfer back to Asura even if I leave my mules? Are there any other things I should be aware of or things I may not be considering when it comes to temporarily transferring a character? Also, does anyone have any recommendations for servers with low populations where I'll be least likely to have to deal with much competition while farming in abyssea? Thanks!
