Minor akchuwally nitpick: Jasmine in Syria isn't quite right.

Aladdin (the cartoon, not the actual story which is in China) was set in a place that was essentially Iraq and India rolled into one. Agrabah= anagram of Baghdad. IIRC they had to change it up a bit because of the Gulf War, so added in the India influences.

That was a fan theory that the director played into until Frozen 2 made it impossible.
