This season is one wild ride. Lewis laps everyone outside of the top 4, Max crashes on the way to the damn formation lap but still finishes 2nd, and both Ferrari actually finish the race?

I'm not even a fan of Max, but I feel I have to root for him if I want even the possibility of something interesting happening at the top in any given race. Still, when there were about 20 laps to go and nobody was between him and Bottas, I just felt it was "here we go again" and my only hope was that somehow he'd have enough to hold him off past the 68th lap so there might be some racing at the end. Expected him to just get passed with 5 laps to go and just go in for softs to try to get fastest lap.

Charles toiling in the midfield at least had some good moments in the middle/2nd half of the race.

Sergio Perez got the 'rona. Unknown for sure how he got it but according to his wife's IG stories they were in Italy for at least 1 day over the 2 week break, which is of course in violation of the "guidelines" set by the FIA.

Max gets bored and has no fun on race days, when he can't even see another car for 80% of the time he's out there. He makes up for it feuding with the back of the pack during practice.

That Istanbul track looks like it'll be a fun one. I'd seen some mentions that Bahrain may run a full and shortened circuit so it's not the same thing back to back.

Both Ferraris are out. Seb with brake failure. Charles with a bad crash (he seems fine, but that car ain't)
Hamilton with a stop/go penalty for pitting while the pit was closed
Red Flag currently with about 35 laps to go

Bottas in 8th, Max in 11th atm.

I have no idea what this podium is going to look like. And while all this stoppage is going on, Lewis Hamilton is just riding a scooter around pit lane.
