That was so stupid, but I'm laughing my ass off right now.

Watching the restart and Lewis just zooming straight makes me think of this:
"You were supposed to make that left at the light"
A lot of people lost a lot of money cuz of those tires man. Glad I didn't bet this weekend cause I would have had Hamilton and max for top 2.

Grain of salt but a friend linked me this, the credibility is definitely in question:

Some internal shit is definitely happening at merc, methinks.
UK media has trying to stir up Bottas being replaced midseason all year.
I'm totally sure Bottas is done with them once the year is over tho, he's clearly tired of playing second banana to Hamilton.
I feel for him cause yeah no one wants to be second fiddle on a team for 5 years, but also that seems better than being behind the rest of the field cause no other team except RBR and Mercedes are truly competitive for podium consistently.
I can't imagine Bottas would be happy moving to Williams, even with the changes coming in 2022.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the last straw was giving Bottas that high drag wing for a track with long straights, he was just not able to gain in the back. Merc fucked up their weekend, Lewis just added the icing on the cake by fucking it up even more for the team. RBR moving ahead in constructor’s, sadly coulda been an RBR 1-2, but lolpirelli.
They probably won't talk much about the pirelli thing but that has me super curious. Is this something we can expect from c3s going forward? What was it about this track that had them failing like that?

Sidewalls were melted before they exploded, but i’m pretty sure they’ll be using C3s for soft compound the rest of the season and C5s for hards to save themselves a headache.
Reading up on how Hamilton fucked up is wild. Why no one ever thought that putting the magic button in such an easy to hit spot might be a bad idea is wild.
