I like the changes they did in the middle, rounding out the corners. This is fine. It's all fine.

It lowers the track's "technique" requirements.
Yas Marina is the prime example why most Tilkedromes are so boring and bad, having that flat af track with a bunch of angle turns and chicanes didn’t help it. I’m positive about these changes!
Those hard right angle turns in the middle alone are kinda whack, curving them and hopefully angling them slightly will make them more exciting I hope, and coming out of the last one puts you right into that higher speed corner so yeah, cautiously optimistic.

Hahahaha wtf

If this weren't a tier 3 source on r/formula1 I would have seriously wondered if a satire piece.
Turkish GP to take Singapore's spot on the schedule.
Another autumn race in Istanbul, fingers crossed for more rain this year.
Or in another light, how to kick Williams while they are already down before the new regs kick in.
If y'all missed it, Bottas got a 3 grid place penalty for this
Damn, man. That wasn't as bad as last year's Styrian, but Leclerc claims another victim from a 1st lap collision.
Gasly's been doing quite well this half of the season, shame to see him out.
We sure that Danny and Lando have the same car? Or do they only do work on Lando's? What's going on here with Ricciardo's car?
RBR and Williams getting a head start on the "slow down on your pit stops" regs. Unfortunate for Checo, brutal for George.
Feel so bad for Russell, he starts 10th in a Williams car and had the pace to earn points today, but a shit pit stop ruined him. From radio chatter it seemed his car was riding on the edge the whole time in reliability, but damnit while he was actually on the road he was killing it. Today made me a believer, I want to see what he does in a Mercedes.

Russell Q3 for the first time!!
Masi: "Ok, everyone. No backing up before turn 9 today."
Everybody: "Did you hear something?"
Obviously going to be a penalty on Seb who was just a bit unlucky to be the guy at the back end of that when a half dozen people were breaking that rule. Lucky for Russell, I guess.
Verstappen and Norris front row god damn.
What a lap from Lando. When's the last time no Merc in top 3? Just skimmed the results - 2020 Turkey, 2019 Mexico, 2017 Singapore the only times since it's been Hamilton and Bottas.
What's the point of a rule that they're not supposed to back off from the entry to turn 9 if you're not going to do anything about it? Vettel got 3 spots on the grid penalty. Bottas was called in but given no penalty. The other 7 cars that jumped Vettel and then parked in front of him at that corner, nothing.
