May 8th, 2022 confirmed for the Miami GP. I called for quotes, and they're only booking for hospitality events atm, and those are going for $1500-4000 per ticket. Grand stand tickets don't go on sale til November, and are gonna be $750-1400 each.

FML. Shouldn't have gotten the PS5 lol

I'm going to be honest but GA tickets are going to stink since the entire track is flat lol. I don't even know where you would be able to park a lawn chair based on the track preview on the official GP site.

And very doubtful parking is going to be cheap. Weekend 3-day parking at CotA is $100.

I'm acquainted with someone in the ticket resell business, my friend is working on him to get into this event and maybe get some discounted tickets. If he comes through I'll hit you up.

Are box-style rooms available at these events? Like stadium events? Cause I'm also down with getting a group together and going in on something like that. Miami traffic is a bitch too, so I'm contemplating getting a hotel room in Miami instead of trekking an hour not including traffic, maybe even splurging on something with a view of the track if tickets are unreasonable; but iirc there isn't much around the hard rock stadium.

I can likely uber or take the bus to the track, the stadium is about a good 15-20 min drive for me with little traffic.

Well that was a trash quali, waste of time for about 65 minutes... and then the last minute was "wait, what?" I was about to just turn my recording off because it looked like there wasn't grip out there when they all changed to slicks. Just the top 3 that I expected!

If checo fails the rest of the season, gaurantee a part of dts season finale is gonna be checos future at rbr if he can't pick it up with the new cars next year. No way Jose should he be that far back on the grid in the car he's driving. Idc if weather threw a curve ball, even in the dry he wasn't doing phenomenal either during p1 and p2.

Landos inexperience fucked him, but the McLarens pit team fucked the points today. Both their drivers should have finished better today.

So sad for Lando tho, this was his to win until the weather change.
