Georgie was straight up focused on Lando’s gearbox and just took the same path of the wall.

Carlos is the hero we all need, asked for a gap every lap for Lando to help him have DRS to get away from the Mercs.

I hate how I'm in the same time zone for this weekend's GP and I'll be asleep for qualifying because it's too late - midnight local time.

Vegas has been a shit show so far.

In FP1 loose drainage covers damaged Ocon and Sainz's cars. FP1 is cancelled after 8 minutes for track inspection/sealing covers.

Sainz takes a 10 place grid penalty for replacing the battery that got damaged.

Fans kicked out at 2am before FP2.

FP2 finally concludes at 4am local time. Everyone including the broadcast team wants to go to bed.

They went full retard by making the American GP start at God awful times. It's easier for me to watch a live European race than it is this one. Just poor planning all around, as usual.

Also about the Sainz grid penalty - The stewards p much said if they had the authority they would have granted Ferrari the exemption. But the sporting regulations are shit and they're stuck to following the rule book.
