Max got "lucky" again but until McLaren removes their heads from their asses and stops having a morning standup for quickfire pit calls they're never gonna stop being a 3rd place constructor. Having a solidified command structure REALLY shows. RB might be lulzcows with drama but their team is without question the best in the paddock. I'm going back to Lando also just not having his mentality right. He has a fast enough car to catch and pass the RB but he cannot get out of his own way.

+Malukus breaks his hand in a non-racing incident prior to the season. Booted from team after missing 4 races.

Rossi breaks his thumb in a racing incident yesterday in the practice session for the Toronto GP.
Indycar McLaren reserve driver Veach is racing in GT World Championship in Virginia this weekend so he's out.
Oliver Askew is in the area but will not be driving the car as he hasn't raced the series since 2021.
Theo Pourchaire got on a fight from France to get his ass to Toronto for qualifying today. He has never driven the hybrid version of the IndyCar that debuted 3 weeks ago.

My guy Lando got DONE DIRTY. I watched with my buddy and his wife who are big F1 people and also MCL fans. They were absolutely livid. Zak Brown is a criminal. Lando's had a rough enough season and was finally absolutely ripping apart the field only to get fuckin TO'd behind Oscar.

Max is gonna be more Max again it looks like. That upgrade didn't do any favors and Lewis keeping him behind for 4 extra laps was the death knell for his race even before he tried to share space with him towards the end.

I'm amazed he just couldn't make the overtake work, despite having the better car and multiple DRS engagements. Very high chance he would have been in contention with the McLarens if he got past Hamilton early and didn't spend half the race in dirty air.
